Git Client Error 403 while cloning to Windows desktop

remote: Forbidden
fatal: unable to access 'https://USERNAME@bitbucket.org/USERNAME/askdevops.git/': The requested URL returned error: 403

Solution: Upgrade Git-Bash

This is happening because the git client tool is not in sync with the git server,
Download the latest version of your git client, such as Git-Bash https://git-scm.com/downloads and install it.
