MySQL Database Restore (in CentOS / RHEL)

mysql -uUSERNAME -p  MY_DB_NAME < MY_DB_NAME_backup.sql

First, take the backup of current database

mysqldump -uUSERNAME -p MY_DB_NAME > MY_DB_NAME_backup.sql
# Enter the password when prompted

To take backup of all database,

mysqldump -uUSERNAME  -p  > MYSQL_BACKUP.sql
# Enter the password when prompted
